Brensocatib is an oral, reversible DPP1 inhibitor that reduces the activity of neutrophil serine proteases, validated in bronchiectasis. Insmed has also evaluated it in other neutrophilic diseases, including chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps (the BiRCh study).
