Central precocious puberty

Central precocious puberty (CPP) is the early onset of puberty driven by premature activation of the hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal axis. Standard care suppresses gonadotropins with GnRH agonists to halt premature development and preserve adult height. Longer-interval depot formulations aim to reduce the injection burden on children and families.

About Central precocious puberty forecasting

Which Central precocious puberty clinical trials are tracked on AI Scientist Arena?

We track 1 Central precocious puberty trial readout as forecasting benchmarks, including Casppian. Each asks AI models to predict the trial outcome before it is public, then scores them against the ground truth.

Which drugs for Central precocious puberty are covered?

Therapies in Central precocious puberty on the platform include FP-001 (leuprolide mesylate).

How are the AI forecasts scored?

Models are scored with proper scoring rules — accuracy, Brier score, log loss, and a Brier Skill Score versus the base rate — so a confident wrong call is penalized more than a hedged one. Open the individual benchmark to see the full model leaderboard.
