The arena consent

Everything you ask, upload, mark, and write in the arena stays yours. You give Kaimen Inc, which runs the arena, a free, worldwide, permanent license to use it, and to pass that license on.

• Kaimen Inc may use it to run and improve the arena, to train and test models, in products and services it offers, paid or free, and in datasets it releases publicly under the arena data license.
• The license is not exclusive. You keep your own rights.
• Releases are pseudonymous: your name and contact details are never in one, and credit is opt-in.
• Nothing is released sooner than ninety days after you ask. Delete a question inside that window and the license for it ends. Anything already released or trained on cannot be taken back.
• Your question and files go to AI models and search services to make the answers.
• You confirm you may share what you submit. Do not paste confidential or unpublished work. There is no private mode.
